Stefano started by introducing himself and telling me about BairesDev and how the company is growing, which was great to hear. He explained the Senior Offsite SEO Manager role and what the main responsibilities. Then I talked about my SEO and link-building experience, and we discussed salary expectations—all pretty straightforward. The most interesting part came at the end when he shared his screen with a surprise test! It was like an IQ test with math problems, and I had to solve them without a calculator.
