BairesDev Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

My interview process with BairesDev was a great experience and very well-structured to evaluate my skills and background thoroughly. The interview began with a discussion about my current role and responsibilities, followed by questions about my availability and flexibility regarding work hours. We then talked about the company's onboarding policies, which were clearly explained. The interviewer, Loanny Godoy, did an excellent job of gathering detailed information about all my skills and experience. For each skill, she asked for examples from my work history and noted them carefully. We also did a deep dive into my current project, where I shared the technologies I use, my role, and the solutions I’ve implemented. I discussed my past projects and demonstrated my technical expertise, while also highlighting key tools, frameworks, and strategies I’ve worked with. Throughout the interview, we covered: My experience and background The technologies I’ve used and my depth of knowledge in each My contributions to real-world projects My approach to solving technical challenges Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience. Loanny was well-prepared, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I appreciated the way she conducted the interview—it felt more like a meaningful conversation than a typical Q&A session.

The interview process was very kind and quiet, Luiza ask me some questions related with my education, experience and my preferences about the kind of work I like more and finally she explained about the hiring process in BairesDev, in general the interview experience was nice.
