The interview started in Portuguese with the talent analyst aligning on the meeting objectives and the role. After some initial questions in Portuguese, we switched to English. He explained what they're looking for in the position and we discussed the hiring model. Then he asked about my current and previous experiences. I also had the chance to ask questions about the company's current moment, how they've been using AI in their processes and with clients, and what their main service sales model looks like today.

They had me do a lot of tests and a technical case that took me 3 to 5 hours to complete, got to the final interview with who would've been my boss just so they could reject me and dont even offer feedback about how i performed on the hiring process. I get that they can go with whom ever they want but i would very much appreciate some feedback about what made them not go with me for the position. I did a great job and put a lot of effort on the tests they made me do.
