Interview
I applied online and initially interviewed with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, followed by the Team Lead for the position I had applied to, and then a third round with the Director. Although I wasn't selected in that process, the team was proactive in matching my profile to other available opportunities, which led to another three rounds of interviews. The overall process was lengthy, but the Talent Acquisition Specialist remained consistently responsive, provided regular updates every other day, and everyone I spoke with was genuinely helpful and kind. While candidates should be prepared for a thorough process, I believe it is absolutely worthwhile. It’s clear the team is dedicated to finding high-caliber talent and ensuring a strong fit on both sides.

Interview
I heard terrible things about their hiring process, and yeah, it's all true it's the worst I have taken part in my career so far.
First, you need to perform a series of unnecessary tests, asking things like
- What are the top 5 nationalities that use linkedin?"
- What's the amount of unique handshakes in group of 6 people
- What percentage of people do you think can answer any of the questions here asked.
Then they keep calling your cellphone from random numbers in random times instead of booking a proper call.
I one of the calls they will ask you 2 technical random questions through the phone out of nowhere.
In my case I knew the answer but I found very very odd.
Then finally I haven't heard back from the recruiter in couple of days, got in touch and she replied saying that she could not go forward with the interview because I was currently a contractor for one of their partners.
Then I explained my contract was about to end in 3 days, she mentioned I should "reactivate" my application. I searched everywhere and there were no buttons to reactivate, I replied the e-mail she told me to get in touch with chat support.
Then, someone from chat support told that was not possible.
So here's my advice, if you ever get a contact from Baires Dev:
RUN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FILLING USELESS FORMS.
I know another two people who also got fooled and wasted their time applying for multiple interview processes, even getting a final offer to then be completely ghosted and never get a reply back.

O processo da entrevista foi bom e bem construído, tirando o fato de a entrevistadora pedir para você fazer os calculos que você ja fez para poder estar ali em tempo real durante a call não vi grandes problemas.
É importante ressaltar que já fiz essa entrevista a mais de 2 meses e não tive retorno ainda, sempre que entro em contato dizem que estão avaliando, é como se estivessem montando uma lista de curriculos para quando tiver algum projeto novo chamar pessoas que já entrevistaram, detalhe a vaga continua aberta no Linkedin.
