BairesDev Product Owner interview questions

Paulo introduced himself and explained the interview process. I introduced myself. He asked me about my work experience, achievements, and challenges in my role. We discussed my job preferences, career goals and salary expectations. He also asked me a set of curveball questions. At the end, he explained the selection and hiring process, the benefits offered by BairesDev, and what to expect after the interview. Paulo was very kind and clear in addressing my concerns.

Really good interview. Focus on knowing the candidate, previous experiences, and his/her interests. Also, the porpose was to present a little bit about the company and its benefits and culture.
