BairesDev Project Manager interview questions

The interview was in Spanish, general questions were asked about my studies, work experience and expectations, additionally, there was a section in English where I was asked about my challenges with my current profile. Afterwards, questions were asked about my current status as an employee, the benefits I have and also what is the modality of work for BairesDev, some analysis questions were asked.

The interview was very fluent. The host was very kind and helpful that’s made the process very fluent and informative. This was by far the best interview with BairesDev Dev that I have had.
