HR conducted a screening interview, aiming to collect additional data for my profile, enhancing the strenght of the candidate's profile in their system and providing hiring managers more information. Main strenghts, professional goals and the company's vision were discussed, increasing the potential of a future fit between candidate and employer. Logical tests were resolved live as well. As an HR professional, it's really a state of the art process that benefits both parties: gives the company more information about the candidate and gives the candidate more ownership on the process and ability to stand out.
