BairesDev Project Manager interview questions

Selection process starts with bunch of online tests for skills related to the position. Some IQ testing, some behavioral questions (it can take 2-3 hours). Then each next step is a conversation with another professional or another task. I had 4 interviews with 4 different people plus I had one task scheduled (to answer a mail from hypothetical customer with some complaints). After last interview I got quick feedback that the position is not for me unfortunately. It's time consuming, but fun :)

It was a challenging and at the same time welcoming interview. The interviewer was very clear and kept the atmosphere calm. It was unlike any interview I've ever been on before.
