1) A LOT of tests to be done like behavior, logic, etc. It's a LOT of tests.
2) After the test, if they like you, they will contact you and set a call. If they don't like you, you will not know, you won't receive anything...
In the call they will do a check-list of what you do and a level (1-10 if I'm not wrong) of seniority in that skill.
After this... you will wait until a client comes and they will call you and do the check-in again (I was 2 weeks later and they asked me everything again)
1 week after, they sent me an email with an offer but this offer is not valid (LOL), only to formalize (probably in this step they have a client) and you need to accept and send documents.
They emphasize that this offer will be valid only after the client interview if you pass.
This client interview never happend...
I still waiting...
The company is a joke. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my entire career (10 years).
Be careful if you are leaving your job to join this opportunity.
If the process was like that, the first opportunity they will kick you out.
And the salary is not good. They get US companies paying a lot and give you only 1/3.
