BairesDev Project Manager interview questions

It's a sweat shop, I recommend serious professionals to stay away from this company. The interview process is not hard, just very lengthy (above 2 months). I was interested in the company, passed all interviews, and received a formal offer of employment, it is less than 1/3 of what I am getting paid today in my company.

Lengthy, time consuming, automated, unprofessional and impersonal. The most bizarre and robotic waste of an interview I have ever encountered! I would recommend not wasting your time applying for this company, as enticing as it is. My application was successful, no call just an email inviting me to assessments (sent over at 6pm on Friday and due by Monday). The assessments took 4 hours and were thought provoking, challenging, technical and project orientated questions. I have a feeling the interview process may be a scam or research operation in some scenarios. If you are not well experienced in software and the technical jargon you will struggle with these tests as the terms are in depth questions related to these areas of expertise. You also see a lot of heavy math related and logic questions similar to an IQ test. I chased up for an update on 3 occasions in the 3 months awaiting a response from BairesDev, each time I recieved the same, automated response to say each case is reviewed in detail. Still to this day, I still have recieved no outcome to this application as to whether I have been successful or not, luckily I have been succesful with another job but otherwise this wouldve been incredibly frustrating and unfair. Bairesdev, these are people applying to your jobs who have taken time and consideration to offer their services to you PLEASE be more considerate and at least provide a timely response when a candidate completes a 4 hour assessment.
