BairesDev QA Analyst interview questions

Lots of assessments. Lots. You will be googling and looking up a lot of esoteric coding knowledge to prove your knowledge of process and functions. By the time the interview comes up they will want to quantify your "relevant skillsets" due to some remedial review of your resume through a checklist interview followed up with some more random math questions and probability figures. A lot of this is probably to determine IQ and persistence in pursuit of knowledge but it was a pain in the butt and the young woman who conducted my interview had a poor grasp of English who repeatedly talked over me and didn't allow me to expound on relevant experience in helpful or meaningful ways.
