I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BairesDev in Jul 2024
Interview

From the beginning of the application to the first interview, in my case, it didn't take much time, but they are very specific about the fact that the application process is not quick. Now that they know you better, they will see if any immediate or future projects fit your profile.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BairesDev in Apr 2024
Interview
Terrible experience, the interview and recruitment process is quite normal, you have to pass a series of technical tests on the platform if you do well at that, they just schedule a technical interview for you, if you passed all those filters they make you a job proposal (proposal which sounds and looks great at first). The big problem is that they do not have a specific project to go to work directly, they are looking on the fly for something that fits the candidate's profile, and knowing how picky clients are today is like flipping a coin, and It all depends on luck, it seems like a terrible policy to me to make an offer without having a sure client. In my particular case it was worse because they made me an offer, I accepted, rejecting others that I already had in other companies, so that in the end they told me that there was no client for me, that despite having "excellent skills" I did not fit in any project and they will keep me in mind if one day something comes up
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-tests on general QA knowledge
-logical reasoning and problem solving tests
-coding tests with selenium, be careful with this because the web editor is terrible and the test has to be carried out in Python, it is not possible to select another language, or at least I never found it
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at BairesDev (La Paz, ) in Mar 2024
Interview
First, I had to complete several online tests on their recruiting webpage that included programming skills, soft skills, intelligence, and other tests like that. After some days, I was called for a technical interview, where I got asked about QA basic concepts, QA automation concepts, and testing tools. After some more days, I got an email where they congratulated me for the results and proposed the contract perks and the salary proposal. After some coming and going in the negotiations, we reached a place where both parties were satisfied. The whole process is somewhat long. Around 1.5 to 2 months but it's worth it
