Seems to be an agency, they ask you a few questions (how many years of experience with X,Y,Z etc., what is your availability and desired salary), no real info about their team. If they contract you, they offer a stable salary even if you don't have work (but seems like the chances are slim). Interview was done in 20 minutes, no classic "tell me about a time.." or "strenghts/weaknesses" questions.
