BairesDev Sales interview questions

It was a bit long it did not cover what I was expecting, it was the first interview and they told me they were going to activate my account to continue with the process.

They asked me for 2.5 hours of online video submission and test taking before having a conversation with anyone. I looked up their recruiter and surprise he's under 30 and his only experience is teaching English. Yikes. I'm not doing an interview by myself for 2 hours without being paid. That is absolutely insane and unethical if not straight up illegal. What a joke. I was expecting better. Curious about all the positive reviews here.
