BairesDev Senior Software Engineer interview questions

My interview process with BairesDev was a great experience and very well-structured to evaluate my skills and background thoroughly. The interview began with a discussion about my current role and responsibilities, followed by questions about my availability and flexibility regarding work hours. We then talked about the company's onboarding policies, which were clearly explained. The interviewer, Loanny Godoy, did an excellent job of gathering detailed information about all my skills and experience. For each skill, she asked for examples from my work history and noted them carefully. We also did a deep dive into my current project, where I shared the technologies I use, my role, and the solutions I’ve implemented. I discussed my past projects and demonstrated my technical expertise, while also highlighting key tools, frameworks, and strategies I’ve worked with.
