BairesDev Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was quite simple and well-structured. We started by confirming the information on my resume. After that, I talked to the interviewer about my professional background. Then, she asked me some questions in English. Following that, I answered a few logic questions. We finished the interview with her telling me more about the job and its terms and conditions of employment.

The interview was conducted via Zoom. We mainly talked about my professional background, including my career path and current job responsibilities. I discussed my experience working with Java, Python, and PHP. The interviewer also asked about my involvement in past projects and how we managed tasks and collaboration at BairesDev. It was a conversational interview focused on understanding my technical background and work style.
