BairesDev Software Engineer interview questions

I created a profile on their website several years ago. This year I updated my profile then I was emailed about their opportunities and asked to schedule a call and answer some questions eg, expected salary, and timezone availability. The interviewer was very nice and asked me questions about my resume, and about a challenge, I had in the past. In the end, he explained how the hiring process worked and send me an e-mail presenting the HR person that would take care of my application. The day after the interview I received an Economic Offer (Actually a Pre Offer). In the first round, they offered me much less than the expected salary I had told them. Then, after replying to them, they sent me a better offer, but now a little less than the expected salary. In the end, I rejected the offer because I would lose some benefits I have in my actual job. And since then I haven't had any response from them. Anyway, I would apply again in the future since I think they were very professional and kind.

It was overlycomplicated and long for the actual work done in the company. I honestrly didn't expect to get a call back, and actually I didn't, I started work with them almost a year later when I got several call for different projects
