I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BairesDev (São Paulo, ) in May 2020
Interview
It was the worst interview I ever did in my life. They put the candidate against the wall by surprisingly asking him to solve a test in front of the cameras during the interview. They also force you to give all your references. I felt very constrained during the interview as if everything I said was a lie as if the interviewer distrusted all my words.
I also felt like the worst professional in the world. As a recruiter, I would NEVER conduct a process like this, the intuit of the recruitment isn't putting the candidate against the wall but making a serious evaluating and leave the candidate comfortable so he will wish to work with you.
I am glad I was not selected because I would never wish to work in a place like this
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the interview, the recruiter read mathematics questions that I had to solve from my head in front of her. She even told me I would have to do it during the interview. We, recruiters, do not need math to perform our work. It seems they do it to constrain candidates because they don't really know who to recruit.
I applied online. I interviewed at BairesDev (Quito) in Apr 2020
Interview
I contacted them through LinkedIn and they emailed me for an interview and then declined saying the position had been filled. 2 weeks later I was emailed again for an interview. I was asked to do a group of tests and also an editing test at the end. I was interviewed 3 times over a period of one month to not receive an offer at the end.
