-Irresponsible HR
-Lack of communication between technical and management guys
-compensation depends on your negotiation skills
-no standard range of offers
-better to go by employee reference.
-no standard process for recruitment
-location may vary depends on project
-internal increment process is completely in dark no transparency at all.
-get the package at the tone of joining only

Interview
I started as a contract staff. Conversion took a very long time in my case because of headcount availability.
I was interviewed 4 times - Hiring Manager, Technical Interview, Soft Skills Interview, HR.
Everything went smoothly during interview because more or less they know that I have been working for Barclays for more than a year.
Focus of interview was on what I am currently doing, technical background that I have, etc.

Interview
initial meeting was with the HR business partner, After which I was seen by two Private Bank Executive Team Leaders, during which I discussed my CV in more details and the reasons why I would like to apply for the role. The final stage was meeting the Private Banker/s that I would be working with the end to end process took about 2 weeks.
