Standard process, the in person interview was a set of pre-determined questions which you had to study facts and then present to the interviewer. Overall very good and smooth process and felt very well informed and supported throughout

The online video interview was the second stage of the application process. The questions were situational and competency based, to try and get a feel for how you'd align with company values and the office culture.
