Interview

technical interview over the phone followed by on-site interview. A lot of C++ questions, brain-teasers and some finance and math problems as well. The on-site interview is around 45 minutes long and you can expect to meet with atleast 3-4 people. If you are applying for programmer role, make sure you are hands-on on topics like STL, design patters, Inheritance.

Super Day. Invited all candidates for 3, in-person interviews about 30 minutes each. Barclays presented the initiative well and it was well organized. However, it seemed that the interviewers were the ones with less prep.

Interview

I had 2 interviews with two market data managers and then an interview with the regional market data manager. First two interviews were competency based and I did very well. Third interview was with the regional market data manager and was a vary vague interview on problem solving skills. He didn't like me.
