Barclays interview questions

In person assessment centre consisting of two 45 minute interviews. Both involved situational or behavioural questions with some technical focus but nothing necessary to explain concepts of techniques in depth.

Overall, the interview went smoothly and felt like a good opportunity to show my personality, motivation, and understanding of the role. I communicated my interest clearly and linked my experiences to the skills they were looking for, especially analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork. My examples were structured and relevant, and I managed to stay calm, even on the tougher behavioural questions.
