Assessment -> Coffee chat(s) with team member -> B2B interviews with the global head and the local office head -> Never give me an official rejection (email/phone/etc) even though it's the last round, just straight up ghosting. The global head of GTB posted a congratulations post to the people who had the offer, which is when I knew I didn't get the offer.

Interview
2 interview rounds, mix of technicals and behaviourals. Focus mostly on math (prob and Markov chains) and brainteasers. beahviourals consisted of why the firm, why S&T, tell me about a time you had to work with others etc.

Interview
First stage: Online assessments. Pretty self explanatory, simple maths and cognitive tests.
Second stage:
Solo video answering questions. These questions are behavorial questions in style. They also have a mix of personality questions that are multiple choice.
Third stage:
Virtual assessment centre. Two interviews with a mix of behavorial and "technical" questions. The technical questions are not very technical, They asked a general question and I related it to my personal projects.
