I applied for a HR Transformation Manager role. I was contacted by the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition for an initial conversation and asked for time slots, I replied promptly to be left with no response and then fast follow rejected via an automated workday notification.
Poor experience, lack of communication, misuse of time.

Interview
1. MCQ critical skill test on paper within an hour in the first round, including a lot of math, statistics, machine learning and computer science questions. If you don't know, better not to answer because they will give you minus scores.
2. Long technique skills interview in the 2nd round. Algorithms and machine learning, deep learning questions will be asked. Each question is not too difficult but you must understand it very well because they will ask you about every detail.
3. presentation. I did not go to this round.

Question 1
Linear regression with reasoning process, Logit regression, RNN, multiple-classification, etc. The interviewer will give you some hints and explain details about every question.

2 40 min interviews. Both technical and behavioural questions. Was not to bad, use the STAR technique. The people are very nice and friendly it was not scary at all.
