I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very professional. Online assessments were quite long and tiring. Online assessment was followed by video interview, with fairly standard questions some of which were fairly technical. The last stage of the interview process was an assessment center, which included two interviews, with fairly standard competency based questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Barclays (Jodhpur, Rajasthan) in Oct 2017

There were a total of 4 rounds.
First round consisted of normal puzzle solving questions and intro about yourself.
Second round was based on basic financial knowledge.
Third and Fourth round was a mixture of technical and hr.
At the end of these rounds 1 out of 29 student was selected . Overall it was a great learning experience.

Question 1
Out of many questions this was one hr question which need to be answered with utmost care and intelligence:
Where do you see yourself after 5 years ?
One hour long simulation, which contains numerical as well as situational judgement questions. It includes a lot of videos, so you should make sure you have enough time to go through everything. There was no time limit, which made it easier, but they would still probably look at how much time it took you.
