barcap ACs consist of 3 components: Personal Interview, Personal Case presentation and group activity Personal Interview (45 mins): Generally behavioural. Case presentation (30 mins prepare and 15 mins present): Simple case, but 30 minutes is definitely not enough. This include reading, planning, brainstorm and writing your idea on flipchart. Group Activity: This is prioritising activity. Given 25 tasks. You are required to choose 5 most important tasks to do in 10 minutes. Then discuss as a group in 20 minutes. Finally, come out with the 5 tasks and present to assessor in 10 minutes. The assessor will sit throughout the discussion.
