The Sales Manager didn't ask me many questions. She just asked when I can start and if I was willing to accept a lower pay than I requested. I wasn't asked many questions, she was very quiet.

Spoke with HR rep Spoke with VP of inside sales virtually In person interview with hiring manager Offer within 2 weeks of initial convo with HR rep Everything and everyone was very transparent and conversational. They wanted to get more of a feel of who I was than exactly what I’d done in previous roles.

Interview
Got to Barracuda and they had a table with a recruiter who was waiting for people to come in and put them in the right interviews. The experience was low stress and they just wanted to get a feel for who you are and what you can bring to the table. Make sure to bring copies of your resume and give examples as to your sales exeprtience. The people interviewing are great and easy to talk to.
