Applied for position, and then received a call from a recruiter without scheduling a time first that launched straight into interview questions.
After this, they scheduled a follow-up interview with the CSO. This experience was completely bizarre, with the interviewer greeting me with a barrage of questions about my current company. "Where are they headquartered? What were their reported profits last year? Who is your manager? Who do they report to? Who do they report to?" I understand what they think they were trying to accomplish with this, but the end result was strange and uncomfortable. No questions of substance were asked during this interview.
I then had another interview with a Director of Technical Support. These interview questions were all taken from the first Google result for, "Job Interview Questions."
Ultimately, I didn't get an offer, but given the red flags during this process and the reviews from the Technical Support staff, I'm frankly relieved.
