You first have phone screen with the recruiter, then the direct manager, then the managers manager. Each call runs about 30 minutes. Sometimes meeting goes over. It is more conversational then task oriented.

Face to Face Casual conversation, very personable. Lasts at least 3.5 hrs with 7-8 members of various stakeholders. Whiteboarding and scenario planning are desirable. Ensure that you lay down the assumptions and expectations prior to offer with respect to benefits
