They give you a questionary to fill. The questions consist of the following items:
DNS, routing Ip, DHCP, networking protocols, TCI/IP, Linux commands ( top, less, grep, more, process), VPN, security protocol. After I finished my test then the hiring manager asked one of tier 3 to read my paper and they graded my paper. I was able to pass the test and after that, I had a 1-1 with the hiring manager and the Vp.

1 phone call with recruiter, 30 minutes. Then a 2nd phone interview with regional manager about 1 hour, personal and experience questions. Called back 1 day later with job offer.
