I responded to a Craigslist job posting and from there had a mix of email and phone conversations with a manager. I was going to be in the area interviewing at another business and got email from the manager about wanting me to come in while I was driving to the other interview, so arranged to stop by Barracuda after that.
The interview was one of the most lengthy I've ever had, involving a general administrative interview with the manager, followed by two one on one technical interviews with other technicians. They did not appear to have shared much information with each other so some ground was covered repeatedly. I think the process did a good job of determining my expertise level, both strengths and weaknesses, as well as my career aspirations. The entire process was at least two and a half hours.
