BearingPoint Business Consultant interview questions

I had 4 interviews before contract was signed off: 1. Introduction screening with the potential engagement manager 2. Technical skills interview with an expert 3. Soft skills interview with an HR staff 4. Project discussion with a member of a project team

The entire hiring process was handled via the Internet and it was very convenient. Afterwards I had two personal interviews. I had a feeling than in interviews was most important to be confident and (unfortunately) there was no skills test.
