1er entretien RH : échange classique visant à comprendre mon parcours, mes motivations pour le poste et mes attentes salariales. Questions relativement simples et ambiance détendue.
2e entretien avec le manager : entretien davantage orienté sur les aspects techniques du poste. Discussion sur mes expériences passées, les missions réalisées et la manière dont j’aborde certaines problématiques professionnelles.
3e entretien avec un Senior Manager : entretien axé sur la personnalité, l’adéquation avec la culture de l’entreprise et la façon de travailler. Une étude de cas a également été présentée afin d’évaluer les capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
Dans l’ensemble, le processus était bien organisé, les interlocuteurs étaient professionnels et les attentes étaient clairement expliquées à chaque étape.

I had an experience where the company invited me to multiple rounds of interviews, including a final interview with the Head of Finance .I thought I had a good chance of getting the job, but then I received an email saying that they decided not to move forward because I didn't have enough local market experience and that the way things work in UAE and India are different than how it works in Ireland. This requirement was never mentioned before, A resume clearly states a candidate’s previous work history along with location details. In my case it took 3 months for me to reach the final round to reveal a deal-breaker that could have been addressed earlier. Both previous interviewers were aware about my job experience and location details and I was moved forward until the final round only to know that my application is rejected as I dont hold local Irish experience. This could have been dealt way earlier by simply rejecting my application during the preliminary screening round and not wasting a candidates time and effort to make them face trial interviews.
