Interview
A quick chat with HR, who then set up an hour-long interview with one consultant and one analyst. We had a conversation over Teams. They then told me they'd let me know by the end of the day if I'd go through to a second round, which would consist of an IQ test and a chat with a senior consultant or partner

The process starts with an email invitation from HR, followed by an initial HR screening interview to discuss the candidate's background and cultural fit. It was a 30-minute conversation focused on the motivation, salary expectations, and high-level experience.
