Had a call with a recruiter who talked up the firm a lot and made the opportunity sound great. Following this, I was invited to do 4 in person interviews with a senior, managers, directors etc. The interviews themselves weren't too difficult, some technical questions but no case or anything. They dive deep into your resume to see where you would fit.
For the cons: They were trying to rush the process. I interviewed on the 24th and they wanted to send me an offer the next week (if I got the job) and START by the 3rd.
Next biggest con: Although I didn't get the job, my bigger gripe was that they did not even send an email or anything to communicate this. I had to reach out to two different people to get an update. I can understand if this happened after my initial application submission or recruiter call, but ghosting candidates after they took the time to come into your office and interview face to face is pretty unprofessional.
From what I understood from the interview it sounds like they pay well below market rate especially for Chicago - so beware.
