They changed their interview process so now you can’t talk to a real person, you have to record a video of yourself answering questions with zero feedback. You also only get one take and it auto sends. It feels very ableist for people who stutter or are on the spectrum.

Describe a time you went above and beyond at your workplace
The customer service rep interview assesses communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer empathy. Questions focus on handling challenging situations, conflict resolution, and understanding customer needs. It went quickly and wasn’t too hard.

First they have you complete an online recorded interview with about five questions, then if you pass that, they ask you to come in for an in-person interview with one of the store managers
