Best Buy Cashier interview questions

I applied online, went to the job fair two days later and stood in line with other applicants for about 20-35 minutes. My name was called the I was interviewed by a full-time cashier working there. Next was interview with manager, didn't do so well.

The first interview is by phone. They ask why you are a good fit for Best Buy and what you would do if you saw a co-worker stealing. The next step is an in person interview followed by a second in person interview.
