Second and third interviewers: - "If you saw your friend take a pen from his work place, would you report it?" - "Name a time when you had a conflict with someone and how you managed to solve it." They also might ask you technical questions related to the position you are applying for. For example, if you are applying for a Computer sales job then you would get asked technical questions about computers. They might hire you on the spot I am not sure. They pretty much hinted that I had got the job and shook my hand, however they didn't extend a formal job offer.
