Best Buy Computer Sales Associate interview questions

First I got a phone call from the store the very same day I put in for the application. Spoke with a lady who let me know when my interview would be. During the interview I met with the store manager and we basically chatted the entire time. Of course there was so questions like why do you want to work at Best Buy, previous experience... But when you apply for Best Buy the main thing they want to see is personality. If you have a great personality, you'll get the job. Being able to talk to people is the job on a daily basis, so if you can talk and sell yourself to the manager, then you'll be able to do so with a customer.

I was asked to arrive at 9am. I was taken back to the lunch room where I met with the Store manager at the time. He asked me a few questions about my education, what I like about computer and Best Buy and if I had any experience in sales. In all the interview was 30 minutes and I was hired on the spot for seasonal work.
