Interview
The Hiring process first starts with an online application. You enter basic information, such as age, the school you graduated from, and if any higher education or any degrees listed you can select those two. Then comes a 100+ or less questionaire which ask questions such as are you a talkative person? do you like being in the crowd, or being a leader?

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Best Buy in Aug 2010
Interview
I received a call from the department supervisor indicating that he had looked over my application, and wondered if I could come in to have an interview. The first interview was performed by the department supervisor, and he explained to me that there would be two additional interviews, one with the assistant manager and one with the general manager. He explained to me that the first interview is where the majority of candidates get weeded out, and that only people they want to hire get a second interview. He mentioned to me that professional appearance really sets the tone for how well the interview goes, so I was happy I had worn a nice shirt, tie, dress pants, and dress shoes. The interview consisted of a number of questions asking me to explain prior experiences, such as what I thought about work ethic and how to balance conflicts with my private life.
