Easy usually one on one I interview. Usually starts with a phone interview. If you are selected you will move on to a face to face interview with either the department manager. Followed by a 3rd interview with the GM.

Dry and uninteresting. They weren't very keen with technology. Just two 25 year old guys at work doing a interview. Uninspired about the interview with very little questions. It's as if they didn't want to be there. They just want to go out and do something else.
