Phone screening interview
Phone interview
On-campus site visit- final round interview
Interviews were straightforward, took longer than expected to hear back. Position posting was rather ambiguous, not until the final round was it clear what position I was applying which made positioning myself difficult.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Best Buy in Jul 2011
Interview
The phone interview was very quick. I would say maybe 3 questions or so. The next interview took place the following week with the interviewing manager. He was a very laid back but respectful guy. That interview took less than half an hour. I got a call after that weekend telling me I was wanted for a third GM interview. I went in later that week and sat down with the man. He was a very respecting and respected man. He told me what I needed to do and basically said "Welcome to the team, buddy."
