phone interview then assistant manager then GM Mostly behavioral questions just be positive and say no to stealing but thats obvious simple and quick and easy process dress in business casual since thats the uniform code

Behavioral questions. Most important is regarding to stealing.
General retail store associate questions are given. First interview with HR over the phone. Second meeting was with any Supervisor assigned to interviewing at the time, for this position, was generally Sales Floor Supervisor.
The interview process was a back and forth question answer conversation style interview. It was not too stressful but not too laid back either. Professionalism was accounted for as well as communication and processing skills.
3 Interview process. Quick phone interview, on-site with management, and if they like you, a last interview with the store GM. All of the questions were behavioral, nothing technical in my interviews.
