I applied online and called back a few days later. They set me up with an interview for a couple days later. The guy that interviewed me was very nice, he brought me into the home theater section which was kind of distracting. The interview took about 20 minutes.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy
Interview
General retail store associate questions are given. First interview with HR over the phone. Second meeting was with any Supervisor assigned to interviewing at the time, for this position, was generally Sales Floor Supervisor.
The interview process was a back and forth question answer conversation style interview. It was not too stressful but not too laid back either. Professionalism was accounted for as well as communication and processing skills.
3 Interview process. Quick phone interview, on-site with management, and if they like you, a last interview with the store GM. All of the questions were behavioral, nothing technical in my interviews.
