Asks a lot of situational questions about problem solving and customer service issues. Its some pretty general questions not difficult at all. It just seems they are looking for the most impressive candidate that can handle issues just like a manager should.

Reached out via phone and setup an interview at the office. The interview was polite and what you would expect, one or two questions on sales, tell me about yourself and then a focus on technical proficiency. Question and answer format.

Explain a situation when you had to de-escalate a tense situation and what the result was?
The first interview was pretty informal, more so of getting to know you. Then, it got deeper as to job expectations, pay, benefits, etc. It was pleasant and I didn’t feel stressed out.

Interview is fine. Video interview first (remember to submit it), followed by an in-person interview if they are interested. General questions IE why are you applying, do you have any prior experience working on a team, etc.
