brief phone interview followed by 2 separate face to face interviews with different levels of management - fairly generic questions and also repetitive - set up more for high school kids. No trick questions, very similar to a grocery store interview.

Super Basic Questions based on customer service. Just answer honestly and show customer service skills and how you add value to the team. Good first job. Interview with hiring manager.
It was a great experience when I got interviewed at Best Buy for the job that they were offering. It went very very well. The manager was great and very easy to talk to. I enjoyed how easy they were to talk to.
Friendly and in depth with your preference, clear timeline of the hiring process, explain their expectation upfront and clearly. No skill test is involved. Basic knowledge of the field you are interested in is needed.
