Applied online and was contacted by phone a few days later. Was asked if still interested and when I would be available to come in for an interview. Had interview with a manager and asked questions. Was asked to tell about past work history, situational questions lik working with angry customers, working with a bad group, going above and beyond for a customer. Was told I did well and that I would be contacted for another interview soon. Got a call the next day and set up interview with the general manager for 2 days later. I was asked more questions like Who is best buys biggest competition, why do you want to work here, have you ever seen a customer steal, what should happen if an employee steals. Was offered a job at the end of the interview and given papers for drug test. Pay was starting at 8.25
