Applications were only available online. First interview was with a departmental supervisor. Second interview was with the store's general manager. A good amount of questions were about what my passions were outside of work as well as past experience and situational questions. eg. What have you done/would you do in this situation?

Interview
New Best Buy was opening. Filled in the online application and test. At the first interview, was interviewed by two different managers. Did pretty well. They asked me to wait outside and brought me back in for a second interview. That also went well, and got scheduled for a third interview later this week. Will update later.
