The interview process, as of yet, has been straight forward and pretty laid back. The questions can catch you off guard if you don't prepare, and that's probably their intention. They want you to think quickly on your feet and be confident in your answers.
For the interview, I went up to the customer service desk and they told me where to sit and wait. I waited for what seemed like hours (nerves will do that to you, it was probably only 10-15 minutes at most). The person who interviewed me came out and he was extremely nice. He and I talked a little bit on the way to the back room. He seemed genuinely interested in the things I had to say.
We finally get to the backroom, and the interview officially begins. From what I saw on his interview prep, I was the highest rated applicant for the day. He asks me a few questions, we talk a little bit about technology, and that was basically it.
Overall, it was a great interview, but it was difficult. Be prepared and you'll feel a lot less nervous, and do a lot better in the interview.
I'm going in for a second interview within the next week, I'll update it if I get an offer.
EDIT: Received an offer and currently going through training. The people there are great, and I can't wait to get started! When you go in for the interview, be yourself but have a script in mind! Sell yourself! Most importantly, be your best you.
My anxiety made the interview seem way worse than it actually was.
