Applied online and was screened by a corporate team member and then had to interview in front of a panel of General Managers from the district. They each took turns asking about my work history, obstacles I had overcome in my career as well as sharing my successes in previous roles.

Was emailed about a good time to talk a week after applying. Call with screener lasted 30 minutes and was decent but very scripted. Was notified by email 3 weeks later I was not selected. No reason why.

Long process, all questions scripted. The managers alternated asking questions. They were dry and not excited at times. Overall a good interview. Be yourself and have excitement.
